Scott Upper is a performance artist and writer living in San Francisco, California. Click here to visit his official artist home page. Scott has been producing and distributing music under various pseudonyms since 1999. His music has been spun at hundreds of raves and parties throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. He has provided music for several independent  films and performed at many underground events in the San Francisco Bay Area.
